Choosing up Sides

* The two best players do the choosing
* One tosses a bat, the other catches it with one hand   
* Each places a hand over the other's hand
* Whoever fits his whole hand on the bat last wins
* Winner gets first pick of the players
* They take turns picking until all players are chosen
