We have established a minimum of 50 at bats for inclusion on our top 10 batting average list.
  • This is an arbitrary decision
    • Why 50?
  • It sounds better than 62 or 73 or 87!
  • It's exactly one-half of 100!
  • People are comfortable with it!
    • Larry Rosenthal
  • Is denied a spot on the list!
  • He only has 48 at bats!
  • He has a great average but we won't put him on the list!
    • Zeke Bonura
  • Played for both teams!
  • Less than 50 at bats for either team!
  • Over 50 at bats if added together!
  • We ain't putting him on the list either!
  • It must be 50 at bats with one team!
    NOTE: We do give Zeke his rightful due on our Combo Lists!
